By accessing or using MyChartReplay ("the Service"), operated by MyChartReplay ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

MyChartReplay is a web-based chart replay and backtesting platform for educational and practice purposes. The Service allows users to replay historical market data, practice trading strategies, and track performance using simulated (not real) money.

Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape data or overload the servers
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Not Financial Advice

The Service is for educational and practice purposes only. Nothing on MyChartReplay constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance on simulated data does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your real trading decisions.

Data and Historical Prices

Market data provided is sourced from third-party providers and may contain gaps or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. The data is provided "as is" for simulation purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and branding of MyChartReplay is our property. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. Your session data, drawings, and trade journals remain yours.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses incurred based on strategies tested on our platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
